Assistant Manager BPO
Shine.com is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager BPO to lead and manage a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Team Leaders who handle e-commerce sellers. This role is crucial for driving sales, revenue, and growth targets within the e-commerce sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Team Leaders supporting e-commerce sellers.
- Monitor and drive team performance to achieve sales, revenue, and growth targets.
- Analyze seller performance and provide strategic insights for business improvement.
- Coordinate with internal departments for seamless seller support and issue resolution.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and training for the team.
- Maintain team morale and discipline while ensuring performance benchmarks are met.
- Manage performance dashboards, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and generate reports using MS Excel.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline (10+2+3 education structure).
- Minimum 6 years of experience in KAM (E-commerce) / RE (Relationship Executive) processes OR Hard Core BPO Sales experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Manager Operations, managing a team to drive sales or seller performance.
- Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis.
- Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of driving team results.
- E-commerce domain experience is a significant advantage.
