Role Overview

As a Senior Product Manager – Product Development & Team Leadership, you will lead a team of Product Owners and Managers. You will drive product initiatives from concept through delivery while ensuring quality and adherence to product management procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Product Owners and Managers.
• Maintain initiative backlogs and oversee feature delivery.
• Resolve disruptions and guide sprint presentations.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to align with business goals.
• Participate in roadmap planning and handle ad hoc strategic tasks.
• Drive quality assurance through peer review sessions.
• Travel domestically and internationally for collaboration and presentations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software product management or related roles.
• 4+ years’ experience in the hospitality industry.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Proficient in sprint planning, story writing, and release documentation.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
