The Compensation Analyst supports the design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs aligned with the organization’s pay philosophy and business goals. This role involves market analysis, salary survey management, job evaluations, and providing data-driven recommendations to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze market and internal salary data for competitive practices.
  • Manage participation in compensation surveys and benchmark roles.
  • Evaluate job descriptions and determine appropriate job levels.
  • Support annual compensation planning including merit increases, promotions, and bonuses.
  • Develop salary structures and pay bands.
  • Provide compensation analysis to support offers and promotions.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition for compensation guidance.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and compliance requirements.
  • Assist with compensation communication and training materials.
  • Build compensation dashboards, tools, and models for reporting.
  • Contribute to global and regional compensation projects and process improvements.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in compensation, HR analytics, or related discipline.
  • Strong analytical abilities and Excel skills; data modeling experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies and career frameworks.
  • Ability to interpret compensation data and present insights clearly.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in fast-paced, global, or high-growth environments is a plus.

Work Arrangement

This position requires 4 days on-site and 1 day remote at the Atlanta, GA, Center Valley, PA, or Tampa, FL offices.
