About the Data Science Team
The Data Science team tackles a broad range of subjects, actively participating in the definition and development of our products for fraud detection, anti-money laundering, and claim automation. We possess extensive technical and professional experience in data science, data engineering, coding, business understanding, and client interactions. Our work involves various data types, including structured data, free text, documents, and images.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and deploy data processing pipelines (data reception, cleaning, information extraction, model calibration).
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and enhance solutions based on their feedback.
- Conduct R&D for product innovation, including machine learning, NLP, image analysis, trend analysis, and chatbots.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Software Engineering, Data Science, or Machine Learning, or a recent graduate.
- Experience in object-oriented programming (OOP) through internships, school projects, or personal projects, with an ability to write production-quality code. C# experience is a plus.
- Solid understanding of statistics and machine learning problems and their common resolutions.
- Ability to clearly articulate thoughts and findings to non-technical audiences.
- This internship requires a full-time, on-site commitment for a duration of six months.
