About the Role
Our team goal is to guide teams across the organization in delivering valuable product propositions so people can work better. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will contribute to this goal by performing hand-on analysis for new and current product and service integrations with our marketplace platform and our processes.
Succeeding in this role involves providing solutions that streamline new vendor onboarding and minimize operations impacts of changes to current vendor offering, API’s or processes. To do this, you will collaborate with product managers and other operational and development teams from Platform, Finance, Support, Sales and Marketing.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Participate in technical and operational discussions with vendors, and act as an SME for internal teams.
- Assess vendor integration feasibility and complexity level.
- Elicit and document business needs and requirements from identified stakeholders, in the context of new vendor integrations and current vendor integrations improvements.
- Assist the product managers in defining the reselling model.
- Perform partner interviews and participate in escalation calls.
- Propose modifications to our platform needed to streamline vendor integrations or improve overall product acquisition experience.
- Participate in the prioritization of required integrations and modifications.
- Propose modifications to our platform and processes to allow operational efficiency.
- Define success criteria and participate in acceptance testing.
- Work closely with the development teams and other operational delivery teams during the integration phase.
What You Need to Have and Master
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, IT or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in product ownership, functional analysis, business analysis or product management.
- Excellent English skills, both spoken and written.
- Experience within Saas vendor or reseller ecosystem is considered an asset.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Postman, Rest API’s, Python, and/or Power Automate is considered an asset.
- Analytic mind with the ability to see the big picture.
