About the Role
The Operational Efficiency team is tasked with fostering continuous improvement at Sherweb by optimizing processes, enhancing collaboration, and enabling data-driven decision-making. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying operational and performance improvement opportunities across various departments. Success in this role requires understanding team priorities and challenges, analyzing processes and systems, identifying root causes, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration, all while balancing attention to detail with a strategic, big-picture perspective.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to gather needs, analyze requirements, and define solution paths.
- Document and validate business and functional requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to align objectives and priorities based on business value and technical feasibility.
- Develop and optimize processes, workflows, and performance indicators.
- Analyze data and feedback from various sources to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
- Proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Evaluate solutions, develop implementation plans, and support deployment coordination with vendors, clients, and internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.) when required.
- Act as a liaison between business units, project teams, and technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and common understanding.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and generate measurable value.
Qualifications
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and process modeling.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. French proficiency is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with enterprise-scale customer engagement platforms, such as CRMs and ticket or case management systems.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Change management experience (an asset).
- Business analysis certifications (CBAP and/or PMI-PBA) (an asset).
