How you will contribute to the success of the company

Our Project Management Office (PMO) ensures excellence in the delivery of our clients’ projects. As a Project Manager, you will support this mission by coordinating and managing elements of the project lifecycle in alignment with PMI standards.

To excel in this role, you'll lead multiple technical projects concurrently, effectively identifying and managing project risks, budgets, schedules and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project outcomes. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to shape our client facing PMO experience and possesses solid experience in managing technical projects.

What your day-to-day will look like in this role

• Lead multiple projects simultaneously, while creating and maintaining project/program dashboards and documentation (e.g., task tracking, risk register, assumptions, dependencies, budget, resources).
• Lead projects end to end with confidence, and adapt effectively as priorities, processes, and organizational maturity evolve.
• Support team alignment by contributing to light coordination tasks such as process standardization, shared templates, and ways of working.
• Leverage AI and emerging tools to enhance efficiency in documentation, reporting, and PMO workflows.
• Balance hands‑on delivery accountability with continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to strengthen project management practices in a practical, scalable way.
• Ensuring projects remain on track for timely delivery by identifying risks early on.
• Providing regular project updates on scope, budget and timeline, and escalating issues as necessary.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment.

• Strong leadership and organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both French and English.
• Outstanding soft skills including communication, teamwork, critical thinking, adaptability and resourcefulness.

As such, the final compensation package will be tailored to reflect the specific qualifications and expertise of the chosen candidate, ensuring that we remain competitive and equitable in our offerings.

Reasons for the requirement of English: Sherweb has international customers and fluency in English is the only way to ensure proper service delivery to them. The main tasks related to this position require written and oral communication with an English-speaking clientele at all times.
