Our video post-production activity is experiencing sustained growth, driven by our collaborations with luxury houses and premium brands in fashion and beauty. To support this dynamic, we are recruiting an experienced Senior Post-Production Manager.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for our advertising, e-commerce, and digital campaign projects, from brief to final delivery. You will represent Sheriff Projects to our clients and lead the internal team on the specific requirements of our sectors. Reporting to the Senior Manager of the department, you will be the operational pivot between internal teams, freelancers, and external service providers. You will be accountable for quality, deadlines, and profitability on a project-by-project basis.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Manage post-production projects from A to Z: ensure deadlines, budget, and quality standards expected by the Houses are met.
• Build schedules, anticipate technical constraints from the shoot, and coordinate all internal and external stakeholders.
• Optimize post-production workflows: identify areas for improvement, propose concrete evolutions to increase efficiency and profitability.
• Oversee project finances, in close collaboration with the Senior Manager.

CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

• Serve as the primary client contact for premium projects: brief intake, presentations, feedback, and approvals.
• Maintain an impeccable posture: precision, benevolent firmness, ability to firmly and diplomatically frame discussions, reframe briefs, defend realistic deadlines, and protect final quality.
• Identify opportunities for loyalty and development within existing accounts, in conjunction with the sales department.
• Contribute to Sheriff Projects' positioning in the advertising campaign segment: participate in strategic thinking about the offering and references.

TECHNICAL AND QUALITY ASSURANCE

• Ensure impeccable quality control on every deliverable, consistent with the standards of luxury houses and premium brands.
• Supervise the technical compliance of delivered files, adhering to client guidelines and specifications.
• Maintain an active watch on technical and creative evolutions in the sector.

TEAM COORDINATION AND DEVELOPMENT

• Manage the internal team daily: task allocation, progress tracking, technical support, and skill development.
• Work in close alignment with the Senior Manager of the department, within a strategic and operational framework.
• Coordinate mobilized freelancers and external service providers, and maintain a network of trusted partners.

REQUIRED PROFILE

You are a highly operational Senior Project Manager who leads, executes, and meets commitments in high-pressure environments. You understand and effortlessly embody the codes of luxury houses.

EXPERIENCE

• Significant post-production experience on fashion, beauty, or luxury projects, ideally within a recognized agency, studio, or production company.
• In-depth knowledge of the codes, requirements, and processes of luxury houses and premium brands.
• Regular practice with advertising campaigns, in addition to digital and e-commerce.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Complete mastery of video post-production workflows, market tools, and delivery standards.
• Ability to structure, optimize, and evolve internal processes.
• Proficiency in budget management and project reporting.
• A solid network of trusted service providers and freelancers is a significant asset.
