About the Casual Sales Assistant Role at Sheridan

We are looking for an enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistant to join the team at our Sheridan Nunawading Outlet.

This is a casual position requiring flexibility to work day/nights and weekends across a Mon-Sunday roster.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service through meaningful interactions with our Sheridan customers.
• Selling of premium products with the ability to highlight features, benefits and care instructions.
• Ensuring all stock is merchandised and presented to a high standard.
• Processing and replenishing stock according to company standards.
• Achieving sales and KPIs through consultation, service, visuals and brand inspiration.
