Sr. Financial Analyst - Manufacturing Plant

As an integral part of our Plant Leadership team, the Plant Senior Financial Analyst leads financial activities at the plant. The role drives process enhancements, productivity improvements, and ensures compliance with corporate policies.

The analyst collaborates with the Senior Finance Manager, Site Director, HQ Finance/Accounting, Operations, Continuous Improvement, and other teams to provide timely analysis and insights to support decision making across plant operations, spend management, forecasting, inventory control, and improvement initiatives.

Your Seat at the Table

• Accountable for plant financial reporting, spending management, and budgeting.
• Ensures high fiscal integrity in reporting and decision making.
• Provides financial impact analysis for cost savings and risk mitigation.
• Validates capital and non-capital project initiative costs.
• Develops new product costing models with Commercial Finance.
• Actively engages on the production floor to seek productivity improvements.

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-5+ years in financial metrics within manufacturing.
• Strong team collaboration and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
