Job Overview
The Regional Development Manager - London will oversee broker and introducer relationships within the London commercial real estate market, drive business volume and quality, cultivate existing partnerships, identify new opportunities, and ensure adherence to quality standards and growth targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional strategy to meet business targets.
- Manage and grow a panel of strategic broker partners and introducers.
- Enhance partner profitability through training, development, and marketing.
- Provide regular market reports and broker notes to senior management.
- Analyze commercial property deals and competitor strengths.
- Communicate effectively with partners on new enquiries and credit decisions.
- Support pipeline management and drive conversion improvements.
- Assist in product suite enhancements and PR campaign messaging.
- Represent Shawbrook as a market ambassador by networking and presenting.
Qualifications
Proven knowledge in commercial real estate, bridging or BTL lending, and strong introducer network in the London market. Extensive field sales experience in real estate with a thorough understanding of mortgages and the financial services market.
