🚀 AI Lead
Shavit Software is seeking a Regional AI Lead to spearhead artificial intelligence initiatives across the district. 📍 Location: Modiin (Jerusalem & Shfela district)
💻 Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 1 day remote after onboarding
🔎 Role Overview
The AI Lead role is central to advancing AI initiatives throughout the organization. This includes everything from identifying crucial business needs and defining practical use cases, to overseeing successful implementation and user adoption, and finally, meticulously measuring the resulting business impact.
✅ Responsibilities
- Lead AI adoption initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overarching organizational strategy.
- Identify key business needs and opportunities where AI can significantly improve existing processes.
- Define clear AI use cases and functional requirements for AI agents and solutions.
- Foster close collaboration with business stakeholders, field teams, and technology units.
- Coordinate efforts effectively between business, IT, and organizational learning teams.
- Support the full lifecycle of implementation, user adoption, and organizational change processes.
- Monitor AI solution adoption, value creation, and overall business impact.
- Share valuable insights, address challenges, and propose opportunities for continuous improvement.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field – a distinct advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience leading digital or technological projects.
- Demonstrated strong business process analysis skills – mandatory.
- Familiarity with AI concepts and Microsoft AI solutions (e.g., Copilot, Azure AI) – mandatory.
- Proven experience working effectively with both business and technical teams.
- Experience leading cross-organizational processes and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with the Microsoft 365 environment (Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID) – an advantage.
- Experience implementing digital or automation solutions in large organizations – an advantage.
