Job Description
Teaching Assistant MERN Stack at Sharpener
We are looking for experienced Full-Stack Developers to join us as mentors. You will guide learners through practical projects, provide code reviews, and help them build strong foundations in modern web development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 1:1 or group mentorship sessions
- Guide learners in building real-world full-stack applications
- Review code and suggest improvements
- Teach best practices in frontend, backend, and system design
- Support learners in career preparation (portfolio, interviews, etc.)
Preferred Tech Stack:
- JavaScript (React, Node.js, Express)
- Experience with databases (MongoDB / SQL)
- (Other stacks are also welcome)
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Prior mentoring/teaching experience is a plus
