Inpatient Pharmacist at Sharp Memorial Hospital
Sharp Memorial Hospital is seeking a dedicated Inpatient Pharmacist to join our collaborative, patient‑centered healthcare team. In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care that directly impacts patient safety, quality outcomes, and the overall inpatient experience.
Required Qualifications
Education:
- Education pursuant to licensure requirement.
Experience:
- 3 Years experience in a hospital pharmacy practice; Or
- 1 Year completion of PGY1 Pharmacy Residency.
Licenses & Certifications:
- California Pharmacist License - CA State Board of Pharmacy
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association (required within 90 days of hire)
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (BLS) - American Heart Association (required within 90 days of hire)
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 Years completion of PGY-2 Pharmacy Residency.
