Summer Intern, Project Management & AI Software Solutions

Join our innovative Solutions Marketing team as a Project Management/AI and Software Solutions Intern for the summer! This hands-on opportunity offers a unique blend of project management experience and exposure to cutting-edge AI solutions, including proprietary and industry-leading solutions. You will play a vital role in supporting our team’s initiatives, including proof-of-concept activities, AI application testing and evaluating, and the deployment of AI-based applications. This internship provides an excellent learning experience for individuals passionate about AI, software solutions, and project management.

• In-depth knowledge of AI applications and deployment processes, computer vision, and generative AI solutions.
• Hands-on experience in project management, including customer engagement and resource coordination.

Responsibilities

Project Management Support

• Assist the Solutions Marketing team in managing AI solution proof-of-concept activities.
• Coordinate customer site surveys and facilitate education and training sessions for integration partners.
• Track project progress in ClickUp and ensure tasks remain on schedule by summarizing action items in regularly scheduled meetings.
• Summarize deliverables and communicate actionable insights to team members after project calls.

AI/NaViSense Application Testing, Evaluating And Deployment Support

• Serve as an information conduit between the Solutions Marketing Team, customers, and integrators for AI projects.
• Test, evaluate, and advise on a variety of AI applications, including GenAI, Predictive AI, and Object detection.
• Vet partner solutions to determine compatibility with Sharp products, features, benefits, and value to targeted verticals with a focus on AI applications.
• Collect project requirements, including camera specifications, onsite server needs, and environmental considerations.
• Support testing and updating AI use cases in the Executive Experience Center (EEC).

Competitive Analysis And Research

• Gather and analyze competitive intelligence on AI applications in the AV marketplace through industry publications and online resources.
• Present findings to the team to help shape AI strategies and deployments.

Documentation And Organization

• Maintain and update the Solutions Marketing Team’s folder with the latest presentations and materials, including AI use cases, CMS partners, slotted compute, and software applications.
• Organize and streamline team resources to ensure accessibility and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Tensorflow, Langchain, Docker, REST & GraphQL APIs; Jupyter, Tableau, Mixpanel, Amplitude; JIRA, Confluence, Figma.
• Experience working with Linux, AndroidOS, WindowsOS.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Interest or experience in project management, AI applications, and software solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, ClickUp, or other project management platforms.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn.

Summer Internship Details

• Compensation: The hourly rate is $20/hr.
• Duration: The internship program spans approximately 10 weeks, running from June 1st to August 14th, 2026.
• Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid position, requiring interns to be in the office four days a week (Monday to Thursday), with Fridays designated for remote work at the manager's discretion.
• Transportation: Interns must have reliable transportation.
• Housing: We do not provide housing or a housing stipend for interns.
• Work Visa: Unfortunately, we do not offer work visa sponsorship for this role, including participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs.
