Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights crucial for business growth.
• Integrate, harmonize, and model data using current SAP-based tools, such as Datasphere, to support enterprise-wide data initiatives.
• Design and develop impactful dashboards and reports utilizing industry-standard tools like Analytics Cloud and Power BI.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to thoroughly understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure the highest level of data quality and integrity through performing regular data audits and robust validations.
• Provide essential technical support and comprehensive training to team members and end-users on various data tools.
• Stay continuously informed of the latest tools, technologies, and best practices in data analytics, governance, and comprehensive data management.
• Monitor system performance and ensure efficient data flows across platforms.
• Create and meticulously maintain documentation for all data processes, models, and critical systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a Data Analyst role, with proven expertise in SAP BW/4HANA or Datasphere.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, experience with ETL tools, and at least one programming language commonly used for data analysis.
• Strong background in data visualization and reporting tools such as Analytics Cloud or Power BI.
• Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills to tackle complex data challenges.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data findings into understandable business terms for diverse audiences.
• Solid understanding of data privacy and security regulations, including best practices for ensuring data confidentiality and integrity.
• Ability to create structured documentation and clearly communicate technical processes.
• Must live within a commutable distance from Montvale, NJ.

Compensation for this Position

The compensation range for the IT Data Analyst role is $80,000-$100,000. The listed salary range excludes bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and any other forms of compensation or benefits. The starting salary will be determined by several variables, including but not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location. You may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary incentive award, commissions, and program-specific awards, which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
