Senior Network Support Engineer - Level 3

Sharp Brains is seeking an experienced Senior Network Support Engineer (Level 3) to join our team urgently. This role involves providing immediate backfill support for ongoing operations in a night shift capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L3 escalation support for enterprise infrastructure and network issues.
• Administer cloud and hybrid environments, with a preference for Azure.
• Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange environments.
• Handle virtualization platforms including VMware, Hyper-V, and Nutanix.
• Troubleshoot networking issues across firewalls, VLANs, and connectivity.
• Manage backup solutions, preferably Veeam.
• Oversee monitoring and RMM tools such as NinjaOne and LogicMonitor.

Must-Have Skills

• Proven experience in L3 escalation support.
• Hands-on expertise in cloud/hybrid administration, Windows Server, AD, Exchange, and virtualization.
• Strong networking troubleshooting capabilities.
• Working knowledge of backup and monitoring tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Automox patching.
• Advanced knowledge of Veeam backup and restore.
• Configuration and administration of Logic Monitor and Ninja One.

Note: This is a 24/7 support role with a rotating roster. Hands-on experience across all listed technologies is required. If you meet the criteria and are available to work night shifts, we’d love to hear from you.
