Overview

As an Ecommerce Content Coordinator, you will help create and manage compelling digital content that supports marketing campaigns and site updates, and identify opportunities for ongoing optimization and enhancement to drive business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Learn and master the Content Management System (CMS) to create, update, and maintain web pages for marketing campaigns, news, and general content.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, brand, and product teams to build engaging, on-brand digital pages.
- Use analytics tools to identify opportunities to optimize content and layouts for improved performance.
- Support the execution and rollout of digital marketing initiatives and web-based projects.
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across all digital touchpoints.
- Assist with testing pages for usability and quality assurance before publishing.
- Carry out basic analytics and reporting on content performance with senior team members.
- Review key funnels to assess performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.
Skills & Experience
At least 6 - 12 months experience in a similar Ecommerce or Digital Content Producer role. Bachelor in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, IT, or Science. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Keen interest in digital products, marketing, and online user experiences. Eagerness to learn new systems and digital tools (prior CMS experience is a bonus). Organised, detail-oriented, and driven to deliver high-quality work. Collaborative mindset and willingness to support others in a team environment.
