Job Description
About the Company
A growing global consumer brand, partnered with Sharp & Carter, is seeking a sharp, dependable Assistant Finance Manager to take ownership of finance, accounting, and reporting across Australia & New Zealand. This role is offered on a fully remote, part-time basis.
Operating within a scaling consumer environment, the business requires someone who thrives on ownership and autonomy. You will play a key role in strengthening reporting processes, delivering meaningful financial insights, and supporting sustainable growth across ANZ — all within a flexible structure that offers impact without compromising balance.
About the Assistant Finance Manager Role
This is a broad, hands-on role where you will oversee month-end reporting, reconciliations, statutory compliance, and cash flow, while partnering closely with both local leadership and global finance to ensure accuracy, control, and commercial clarity across the region.
- Run the numbers with confidence — managing month-end close, reconciliations, accruals, tax filings, and vendor invoice verification.
- Drive insightful reporting — delivering performance updates, P&L analysis, profitability insights, and weekly sell-out reporting for key business leaders.
- Support decision-making — preparing budgets, forecasts, strategic plans, and ROI analysis across marketing, trade spend, and new initiatives.
