Role Overview
The Senior Director, Strategic Sales & Analytics - Global Outdoor will drive revenue growth, optimize sales processes, and leverage data-driven insights to enhance our competitive advantage in Ninja Outdoor categories.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and increase market share.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Lead the development of sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Oversee the analytics team to convert sales data into actionable insights.
- Create customer segmentation models and targeted sales approaches.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a high-performing sales team.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations for cohesive strategies.
- Lead initiatives to improve customer experience and optimize sales processes.
- Develop pricing strategies, promotional initiatives, and go-to-market plans.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence for strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present performance reports to the executive team and board.
- Guide product sell-in strategies and influence future product roadmaps.
- Maintain an Obsessed With Winning Mindset to fuel continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience with at least 5 years in leadership.
- Proven success in strategic sales management and analytics.
- Experience managing a global outdoor business category is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM systems, Salesforce, and advanced analytics tools.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to translate data into actionable sales strategies.
- Experience in developing customer segmentation models and pricing strategies.
