Role Overview: Product Developer - Home Environment

The Product Developer will lead new product development from brainstorming to mass production. You will partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Consumer Insights, and more, ensuring product enhancements based on consumer needs for a continued 5-star experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of assigned product(s) from concept to production
• Define and iterate product specifications driven by consumer insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing
• Implement consumer testing and feedback into product iterations
• Manage product cost, competitive analysis, and go-to-market collateral

Attributes & Skills

• 2-3+ years experience in product development or related fields
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Consumer-first mindset and excellent communication skills
• Strong project management and ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments
• Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
