Your Role in Our Mission
As an Implant Sales Consultant, you will be the first connection for patients beginning their journey with us. You will engage directly with patients, understand their needs, and ensure a seamless experience that positively impacts their daily lives and long-term health.
Your Impact
You will drive sales growth by educating patients on dental implant solutions and forging strong relationships. You will manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals and work closely with dental professionals.
What You'll Do
- Sales and Business Development: Meet and educate every patient, close consultation cases, conduct visits to clinics, manage a robust prospect pipeline.
- Patient and Partnership Management: Build long-lasting relationships with dental professionals, answer patient calls, address inquiries during consultations, follow-up on leads, and complete reporting and tracking.
- Additional Responsibilities: May include taking x-rays as part of the consultative process based on state guidelines.
Requirements
Experience: 3-5 years in dental sales or similar. Experience with dental practice management software is a plus.
Skills: Top-notch sales skills, strong leadership, team player, excellent communication, proficiency in Google Workspace and OpenDental, dental terminology knowledge, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time, exempt role with hours Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
