About the Platform Team

The Platform team empowers internal teams by delivering tools and practices for autonomy. Our key responsibilities include:

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior Platform Engineer - Internal Tooling, you will work with a mix of in-house tools and third-party solutions, including Retool and AI-powered services, to build scalable internal systems. Key duties include rapid prototyping of tools, collaborating with internal teams to solve workflow inefficiencies, and participating in an on-call rotation.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in full stack, internal tooling, or platform engineering roles. You should have a deep understanding of process engineering and system design, with a passion for improving efficiency and delivering measurable business outcomes. Bonus skills include experience with Kubernetes, Datadog, AWS Cloud, PostgreSQL, Terraform, ArgoCD, Node.js, and a background in FinTech infrastructure or Bitcoin.
