Senior Product Manager
Shabak - Israeli Security Agency - Career is seeking a Senior Product Manager to manage multidisciplinary products in the realms of Sigint and Cyber Data with end-to-end (E2E) responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle of technological products: research, needs analysis, design, development, launch, performance analysis, and optimization.
- Make data-driven decisions, prioritize tasks, manage risks, and integrate into division operations.
- Initiate, incubate, and plan new solutions, technological responses, and products.
- Promote product implementation internally and through outsourcing.
- Collaborate closely with development teams, operations, service departments, intelligence community units, and industry partners.
Job Requirements:
- Engineer or relevant academic degree in exact sciences.
- 4 years of experience as a Senior Product Manager.
- Proven experience in product management (advantage for experience in startups or tech organizations).
- Proven experience managing AI-based products (significant advantage).
- Leadership and initiative skills.
- Deep technological understanding and ability to translate needs into solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Strategic thinking, high communication skills, emphasis on initiative, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
- Creativity and strategic thinking for developing innovative products.
- Technological background (engineering, computer science).
