Position Summary
The Jr. Project Manager will support day-to-day logistics and sample handling tasks. Working closely with teams from Program Management, Engineering, QA, and Operations, you will track, handle, and deliver smartphone prototypes and engineering samples.
Key Responsibilities
- Sample Handling & Inventory: Maintain organized inventory, track devices, ensure proper labeling.
- Shipping & Logistics: Prepare samples for shipments, coordinate courier pickups, manage documentation.
- Device Setup & Configuration: Assist with device setup, perform basic functional checks.
- Communication & Coordination: Interface with stakeholders, update logs, escalate issues.
Qualifications
Required: Fluent English, strong attention to detail, reliable, basic computer literacy, ability to lift small packages, onsite independent work capability.
Preferred: Experience in logistics or sample handling, familiarity with consumer electronics, and tech or product test environments.
