At Sfakianakis Group, a leader in the automotive industry, we are looking for a highly skilled and creative Performance & Growth Lead Expert to strengthen our market presence and contribute to our continued growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and executing successful digital marketing strategies that deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designs the overall performance strategy (paid media, lead generation, SEO)
• Monitors and evaluates key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzes data and delivers actionable insights to support decision-making
• Manages budget allocation across channels and business units
• Leads and evaluates external partners (performance agencies, SEO, web development)
• Analyzes performance data and identifies optimization opportunities for continuous improvement
• Develops reports and presents results to key stakeholders
• Collaborates with business unit marketing teams to ensure alignment with commercial objectives
• Contributes to improving lead quality and lead management processes
• Participates in the design and optimization of websites and digital channels, with a focus on conversion
• Defines UX, funnels and lead generation requirements for new and existing digital assets
• Monitors website performance and recommends data-driven improvements

Requirements:

• BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MSc degree preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing, preferably within a multi-brand or complex organizational environment
• Strong understanding of paid media channels (e.g., Google, Meta) and lead generation strategies
• Proven experience managing and guiding external partners and agencies
• Hands-on experience in KPI tracking and reporting tools
• Familiarity with AI tools and applications in marketing, with a keen interest in leveraging them to improve performance
