About the role
Social Media Assistant
SF Tech is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to support our online presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will assist in content creation, scheduling posts, engaging with audiences, and tracking performance metrics to help grow brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Pinterest.
- Create, edit, and schedule engaging content (posts, captions, stories, reels, etc.).
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
- Research social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.
- Help develop content calendars and campaign strategies.
- Track and analyze social media performance and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, or marketing teams when needed.
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing preferred.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
- Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later.
- Creativity and understanding of social media trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Express, Canva, etc.).
- Basic understanding of analytics and engagement metrics.
