Compensation and Benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Help individuals grow, learn, and live well
- Develop and nurture meaningful relationships

- Support participants in achieving developmental goals
- Address behavioral challenges and complex needs
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills
- Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible
- Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with insurance
