Compensation & Benefits
- Wage: $17.00/hour with Pay on Demand
- Full benefits package for full-time employees

Job Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with personal hygiene
- Support developmental goals including budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Help participants engage with community activities
- Manage behavioral challenges and complex needs
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management skills
- Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible
- Valid driver's license with access to a registered vehicle and proof of insurance
