Compensation & Benefits

  • Wage: $17.00/hour with Pay on Demand
  • Full benefits package for full-time employees

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist individuals with personal hygiene
  • Support developmental goals including budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Help participants engage with community activities
  • Manage behavioral challenges and complex needs

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time-management skills
  • Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible
  • Valid driver's license with access to a registered vehicle and proof of insurance
