Primary Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage all marketing efforts and materials
- Budget for marketing efforts
- Website and Google Business profile maintenance
- Oversee Google Analytics and SEO keyword tracking
- Conduct 2-3 marketing/canvassing days per week with client visits
- Attend local Chamber of Commerce meetings and luncheons
- Sponsor local events and attend industry trade shows (up to 5 times per year)
- Follow up with clients to obtain Google reviews
- Utilize social media for engagement with at least 3 posts per week
- Assist project managers with final walkthroughs and review requests
- Track marketing effort attribution
- Perform other duties as assigned
Necessary Experience and Skill Set
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven track record in successful marketing efforts
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics and social media platforms
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Detail oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Goal oriented and results driven
- Ability to meet new or different people even in challenging situations
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs; constant sitting, walking, computer, telephone, driving work is required.
Working Hours & Travel
This full-time position requires a minimum of 40 hours per week, working between 7:00am-7:00pm Monday–Friday. Occasional evenings, weekends, and extended hours are expected as well as regular travel within service areas using a company provided vehicle.
