As a Marketing Manager at SERVPRO of Preferred Fire and Water, LLC, you play a pivotal role in building the brand and educating people about our services. Primary Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage all marketing efforts and materials
  • Budget for marketing efforts
  • Website and Google Business profile maintenance
  • Oversee Google Analytics and SEO keyword tracking
  • Conduct 2-3 marketing/canvassing days per week with client visits
  • Attend local Chamber of Commerce meetings and luncheons
  • Sponsor local events and attend industry trade shows (up to 5 times per year)
  • Follow up with clients to obtain Google reviews
  • Utilize social media for engagement with at least 3 posts per week
  • Assist project managers with final walkthroughs and review requests
  • Track marketing effort attribution
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Necessary Experience and Skill Set

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Proven track record in successful marketing efforts
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics and social media platforms
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Detail oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Goal oriented and results driven
  • Ability to meet new or different people even in challenging situations

Physical and Work Environment Requirements

Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs; constant sitting, walking, computer, telephone, driving work is required.

Working Hours & Travel

This full-time position requires a minimum of 40 hours per week, working between 7:00am-7:00pm Monday–Friday. Occasional evenings, weekends, and extended hours are expected as well as regular travel within service areas using a company provided vehicle.
