Project Manager

Our Project Management Team plays a pivotal role at SERVIT INC. As a Project Manager, you will be the primary contact for all field engagements, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, customers, and consultants.

You will collaborate across technical, administrative, and executive departments to lead complex IT initiatives from planning to completion. This role requires exceptional time management, conflict resolution skills, and the ability to handle competing priorities.

The ideal candidate brings senior-level experience in IT project management and administration, with a proven track record in managing technology-driven projects, strategic oversight, and hands-on execution. You must effectively manage project scope, funding, and out-of-scope customer demands while engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

Travel may be required based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage customer IT projects ensuring successful, profitable outcomes.
  • Act as the single point of contact for customer engagements.
  • Coordinate internal IT support, external vendors, and contractors.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings with all stakeholders.
  • Recommend improvements for Quality Assurance standards and processes.
  • Ensure adherence to policies and maintain thorough documentation.
  • Deliver executive-level service with proactive issue resolution.
  • Maintain and grow long-term customer relationships.
  • Support sales and billing through insight and coordination.

Critical Skills & Qualifications

  • Senior-level experience in IT project management and administration.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and consulting engagements.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
