Compliance Manager Role

Servihabitat is seeking a Compliance Manager to be based in Cornellà de Llobregat. The mission of this role is to oversee, verify, and update the company's Criminal Compliance and Anti-bribery Management System, as well as its Privacy Management System.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance and continuous improvement of the Compliance model.
• Identify obligations to which the company is subject and provide the necessary information to those responsible for different processes.
• Periodic review of identified risks and controls for regulatory compliance.
• Verification of the degree of compliance with regulations, policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Design and deployment of training and awareness actions in Compliance.
• Monitoring of KPIs and preparation of periodic activity reports.
• Manage audits and investigations on compliance and regulations or respond to information requests from regulatory bodies.
• Maintenance and improvement of the Criminal Compliance and Anti-bribery Management System.
• Maintenance and improvement of the Privacy Management System.
• Collaboration in the implementation of validation, advice, and monitoring procedures related to Data Protection.
• Development of the Compliance and Data Privacy Training Plan, primarily.
• Maintenance of certifications obtained in Compliance (ISO 37001 and UNE 19601).

Candidate Profile

Knowledge

• Higher education, preferably in Law, Business Administration and Management, Economics, or similar.
• Master's in Compliance or similar higher education qualification.
• Specific training in Privacy.
• Training in ISO 37001 and UNE 19601.
• Certification as a Compliance Officer and/or Data Protection Officer will be positively valued.
• High level of English.

• Good teamwork skills, positive attitude, and initiative.

Experience

• 10 years of experience in risk management related to regulatory compliance and in Data Protection regulations.
