About the Role

The Training Specialist role at ServiceTitan involves becoming a product expert in our software and the home services industry. You will deliver exceptional training, transition management, and coaching through engaging instructor-led sessions and webinars, both on-site and online.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver live demos and instructor-led training courses and webinars.
  • Customize training content for different ServiceTitan user types.
  • Guide customers through team transitions to ServiceTitan.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of training and certification programs in the Litmos LMS.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned by team management.
  • Travel as needed (25-50%, up to 75% in peak season).

What You Will Bring

  • Strong background in software customer training environments.
  • Track record in training or customer service roles, preferably in startups.
  • Expertise in live demo-based training courses and webinars.
  • Eagerness to adopt new technologies and instructional approaches.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Litmos LMS and training development tools like Adobe Captivate, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Camtasia.
  • Ability to create supporting content for training courses.
  • Experience in incorporating change management principles to promote adoption.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to write business correspondence and technical documentation.
