About the People Business Partner Role
ServiceTitan is seeking a People Business Partner to join the Go-to-Market teams. In this role, you will partner closely with managers and talent across Sales, Marketing, and Sales Enablement to support scaling and culture development. You will work at both hands-on and strategic levels to enhance employee experience and drive organizational effectiveness.
What You Will Do
- Coach and advise managers and team members on performance, employee relations, and team dynamics.
- Build relationships that promote mutual accountability and effective collaboration.
- Maintain an ongoing pulse on organizational trends and impact on business.
- Support workforce planning and business process improvements for people-related initiatives.
- Collaborate with the People Ops team to implement compensation reviews, DEI, benefits, and learning programs.
- Act as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters.
What You Will Need
- Over 5 years of HR business experience, including strategic HR partnership.
- Robust experience in employee relations, organizational design, performance management, and talent development.
- Proven ability to coach and influence both leaders and employees.
- Strong business acumen and curiosity to connect dots and make proactive decisions.
- Experience in fast-paced, dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environments.
- Nice to have: Experience with Canadian employee support.
