Overview
Join ServiceTitan as a People Business Partner, Employee Relations Lead to maintain a culture of trust, transparency, and high performance. In this dual-capacity role, you will lead complex employee investigations and provide strategic counsel for talent management.
Primary Responsibilities: Employee Relations Lead (60-70%)
- Lead end-to-end investigations into sensitive issues.
- Apply risk-calibrated decision making and sound business judgment.
- Develop and refine a scalable investigation framework and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with Legal and People Business Partners to decide outcomes.
- Analyze trends using data to develop proactive training and interventions.
Responsibilities: People Business Partner (30-40%)
- Provide strategic counsel to leaders and coach on key people topics.
- Build effective relationships and advise on change management and team dynamics.
- Drive organization-wide initiatives and people programs for improved business outcomes.
- Collaborate with the broader People Ops team on compensation, DEI, Total Rewards, and Learning & Development.
- Use data to recognize patterns and influence long-term solutions.
What You'll Bring
You are a pragmatic problem-solver, experienced investigator with 5-10 years in People Business Partnership and Employee Relations, a superior communicator with high emotional intelligence, and a neutral arbitrator who remains objective under pressure.
