About the Role
The Associate Creative Director Events at ServiceTitan is a visionary role responsible for leading creative execution and branding for a global event portfolio. This role merges storytelling with design by translating brand identity into immersive, physical environments.
What You Will Do
- Event Creative Planning: Define creative vision in collaboration with marketing and events teams.
- End-to-End Material Design: Oversee design and production of event assets including signage, digital backdrops, and promotional materials.
- Pantheon Lead: Manage creative direction for the flagship user conference, Pantheon.
- Vendor & Production Management: Collaborate with external vendors to meet brand standards and deadlines.
- On-site Brand Stewardship: Travel to event sites to ensure brand execution matches plan.
- Post-Event Content: Assist in creating highlight reels, galleries, and summary presentations.
What You Will Bring
- 8–10 years of creative leadership in agency or in-house environments.
- Experience in experiential design and event management.
- Proven track record in team management and executing cross-functional projects.
- Strong executive presence and strategic thinking.
- Technical excellence and a portfolio demonstrating scalable event execution.
- Operational agility in fast-moving environments.
- Innovative mindset with interest in new event technologies like AR/VR.
