Technology Consultant

Overview

The Technology Consultant at ServiceNow is responsible for configuring the Logik application (Configure, Price, Quote) to achieve optimal customer outcomes. In this role, you will serve as the technical and functional expert in customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in customer workshops to assess current and future processes.
• Design and deliver Logik solutions with robust technical architecture.
• Provide oversight and unit testing for code developed by internal teams, partners, or customers.
• Advise customers on effectively using Logik capabilities to improve business processes.
• Feed valuable insights back to product development for ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• Proven background in implementing enterprise software, especially in front office operations.
• Ability to travel up to 50% as required.
• Strong skill in driving complex issues from analysis to resolution.
• Demonstrated collaborative work experience.

Compensation & Additional Information

This position offers a base pay guideline of $146,400 - $256,200 alongside equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and comprehensive benefits including health plans, 401(k) with company match, ESPP, and family leave programs.
