Role Overview
The Customer Outcomes Technical Architect is responsible for configuring ServiceNow Customer and Industry Workflow (CRM) based on leading practices to achieve superior customer outcomes. As a functional and technical expert, you will engage directly with customers, design, and deliver long-term ServiceNow CRM solutions while ensuring adherence to technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in workshops to assess current and future-state processes.
- Design and deliver ServiceNow CRM solutions that align with technical standards.
- Oversee and unit test code developed by partners or customers.
- Advise clients on leveraging the ServiceNow Platform for business improvements.
- Guide customers in completing technical documentation such as business requirement workbooks.
- Provide product improvement feedback based on real customer engagements.
- Maintain skills/certifications in one or more CRM suite of products including CSM, FSM, SOM.
Qualifications
Applicants should have a minimum of 8+ years’ experience, professional services experience, and a strong grasp of AI integration into work processes. Relevant industry domain expertise and ServiceNow certifications are required. Ability to travel up to 40% or work outside local time zones (preferably night time IST) is essential.
