Job Description
As a Staff Software Engineer at ServiceNow, you will build high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code. You will work closely with product owners to understand requirements and own your code from design to delivery.
- Develop software with strong emphasis on best practices including code reviews and unit testing.
- Design user-friendly software that supports customer customization.
- Contribute to both new and existing product suite features.
- Mentor colleagues and promote knowledge-sharing.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have hands-on experience with integrating AI into work processes, strong expertise in Java or similar OO languages, passion for JavaScript and modern web frameworks (Angular, React, Vue), and sound understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns. You should be capable of managing projects involving technical risks and possess exceptional analytical and design skills.
