Role Overview

The Staff Outbound Product Manager drives the success of Autonomous Implementation within ServiceNow Impact. This role focuses on product strategy, customer experience, and go-to-market execution, ensuring customers realize value faster through automated onboarding and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define GTM strategies.
  • Develop compelling product positioning, messaging and enablement materials.
  • Drive product launch planning and execution for optimal readiness.
  • Define and track metrics for adoption, usage, and customer outcomes.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to inform strategy and roadmap.
  • Ensure alignment across product, engineering, and field teams.

What You Bring

  • 4-8 years of experience in product management, marketing, or customer success in enterprise SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of customer onboarding, implementation, and value realization journeys.
  • Experience with AI/ML-driven automation or workflow technologies is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills for varied audiences.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA is a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and structured customer engagement processes.
