Role Overview
The Staff Outbound Product Manager drives the success of Autonomous Implementation within ServiceNow Impact. This role focuses on product strategy, customer experience, and go-to-market execution, ensuring customers realize value faster through automated onboarding and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define GTM strategies.
- Develop compelling product positioning, messaging and enablement materials.
- Drive product launch planning and execution for optimal readiness.
- Define and track metrics for adoption, usage, and customer outcomes.
- Represent the voice of the customer to inform strategy and roadmap.
- Ensure alignment across product, engineering, and field teams.
What You Bring
- 4-8 years of experience in product management, marketing, or customer success in enterprise SaaS.
- Strong understanding of customer onboarding, implementation, and value realization journeys.
- Experience with AI/ML-driven automation or workflow technologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills for varied audiences.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA is a plus.
- Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and structured customer engagement processes.
