Role Overview: Software Quality Engineer
This role involves maintaining automation test frameworks, designing and executing test strategies, and collaborating with developers to ensure quality in new features.
- Maintain existing automation test frameworks.
- Collect and report quality metrics from test executions.
- Design and automate test strategies with developers.
- Create comprehensive test plans and execute automated tests.
- Troubleshoot issues with applications and dev/test environments.
Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate:
- Experience integrating AI into work processes.
- 2+ years with ServiceNow relevant technologies and strong coding skills.
- Expertise in automated testing frameworks (Java, JUnit, Selenium, TestNG).
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and diverse testing techniques.
- Ability to use IDEs, debuggers, source control, and system tools.
