Role Overview

The ServiceNow Security Organization delivers innovative security solutions that reduce risk and protect both the company and its customers. As a ServiceNow Security Organization Associate Security Product Business Analyst Intern, you will help guide product strategy, communicate product priorities, work with multiple teams, and integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into actionable product requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide product strategy to support revenue growth to $10B+.
  • Communicate clear product priorities across teams.
  • Collaborate in cross-functional teams to develop high-quality products.
  • Integrate research, usability studies, and market analysis into product roadmaps.
  • Develop multi-mode communications for various audiences.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's program in Computer Science or a related discipline, with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or later. Experience with AI integration in workflows, product requirements definition, and a strong curiosity about customer needs is required.

Compensation & Benefits

This role offers a competitive base pay guideline of $47.82 per hour, along with equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, health plans, 401(k) with company match, ESPP, and other benefits. Actual total compensation will vary based on qualifications and work location.
