Role Overview

The ServiceNow Security Organization delivers innovative security solutions to reduce risk and protect both the company and its customers. As a Data Informatics Analyst Intern, you will conduct ad-hoc analyses, build dashboards, and perform predictive analytics to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses using SQL, Python, R, and Excel
  • Create dashboards and compelling data visualizations using Power BI
  • Present analytical insights to organizational leaders
  • Combine disparate datasets accurately and efficiently
  • Provide proactive, data-driven recommendations

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled full-time in a Master’s program in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Graduation expected December 2026 or later
  • Excellent Power BI skills
  • 1-2 years experience in analytics, data engineering, or data science
  • Strong SQL proficiency and understanding of relational databases
  • Python proficiency is preferred
  • Experience with Snowflake is a plus
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills

Additional Information

This role offers a base pay guideline of $43.04/hr, along with equity, variable/incentive compensation, and benefits including health plans, 401(k) with company match, ESPP, and more.
