Role Overview
The ServiceNow Security Organization delivers innovative security solutions to reduce risk and protect both the company and its customers. In this role as a ServiceNow Security Organization - Associate Information Security Analyst Intern, you will help monitor security tools and systems, analyze security events, and support the deployment and integration of new or enhanced security solutions.
- Monitor security tools and systems defending production environments.
- Determine relationships between seemingly unrelated security events.
- Maintain secure configuration baselines for devices and systems.
- Participate as an escalation contact for on-call rotations.
- Assist with deployment and integration of security enhancements.
Qualifications & Skills
Current enrollment in a full-time Bachelor’s program in Computer Science or a related field is required. Key skills include automation knowledge (Python, bash), hardening Linux, Windows or Mac systems, data logging using tools like Splunk, and vulnerability scanning using Qualys or Nessus. Experience integrating AI into work processes is a plus.
