About the Team

The Security Center team empowers customers by providing insights into the security of their ServiceNow products through visualizations, data aggregation, and trend analysis. They leverage platform features to monitor, listen, and ingest data, offering actionable remediation tools.

Qualifications

Must Have:

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience (or 3+ with a Master’s degree).
  • Strong proficiency in Java or similar object-oriented languages.
  • Experience in JavaScript application development.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and performance.
  • Experience mentoring and supporting production systems.
  • Adept at integrating AI into workflows and problem-solving.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with modern UI frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue).
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow platform features and scripting (Glide, Flow Designer).
  • Exposure to AI-powered tools and workflows.
  • Hands-on experience in the security domain.
