Job Description

As a Senior Software Engineer at ServiceNow, you will:

  • Build high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code.
  • Collaborate with product owners to design, implement, test and deliver high-quality products.
  • Develop simple, user-friendly software that allows customer customization.
  • Contribute to both new product features and enhancements of existing products.
  • Mentor colleagues and promote knowledge-sharing.

Qualifications

  • Experience in integrating AI into work processes and decision-making.
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf) is a plus.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience with Java or similar OO language.
  • Passion for JavaScript, web platforms, and componentization.
  • Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
  • Experience with modern UI frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.
  • Excellent analytical and design skills.
