Job Description

Position Overview: As a Senior ServiceNow Software Engineer, you will develop ServiceNow scoped applications using the full range of platform functionality. This role is focused on ServiceNow development rather than full-stack software engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support integration of third-party systems with ServiceNow using MID server and web services (REST).
  • Create and maintain API and data integrations between ServiceNow and other services.
  • Lead contributions on integrating new and existing technologies with ServiceNow.

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with JavaScript and REST API (5 years with Bachelor's degree; or equivalent qualifications).
  • 4+ years with ServiceNow technologies including Service Catalog, Business Rules, Script Includes, Table API and Workflow Designer.
  • Experience integrating multiple ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and CSM.
  • Understanding of ITIL and ITSM disciplines.
  • Desirable: ServiceNow Application Developer and System Administrator Certifications, and administration experience like instance upgrades and customization resolutions.
  • Ability to integrate AI into work processes and provide innovative solutions.

Screening Requirements: Passing a ServiceNow background screening (credit, criminal, drug test) is required. Only US citizens, US naturalized citizens or US Permanent Residents are eligible.

Compensation & Benefits

This role offers a base pay guideline of $126,700 - $215,400, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits including health plans, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, flexible time away and family leave programs.
