Role Overview: Senior Product Manager
In the role of Senior Product Manager, you will lead product strategy and drive the vision to support ambitious revenue targets. You will communicate product priorities, build consensus, and work across teams to turn market insights and research into high-quality products.
Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy as ServiceNow scales to $10B+ revenue.
- Communicate complex product priorities into clear requirements.
- Oversee projects across multiple teams to bring products to life.
- Integrate usability studies, market analysis, and research into product requirements.
- Develop and deliver communications tailored to varied audiences.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of software product management experience.
- Experience integrating AI in work processes and decision-making.
- Strong prioritization, customer engagement, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to gather product requirements and develop a coherent roadmap.
