Job Overview
Join the Go-To-Market Platform Engineering team to build intelligent systems that empower Sales, Account Executives, and Solution Consultants globally. In this role, you will drive the transformation of traditional quality engineering into AI-powered DevSecOps excellence, establishing India as the center of excellence for next-generation testing practices on the Now Platform®.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive AI-First Testing Transformation using GenAI frameworks like TestGen-LLM, Mabl, Testim, and TOSCA.
- Champion DevSecOps excellence by integrating SAST, DAST into CI/CD pipelines with TDD/BDD practices.
- Optimize Now Platform® testing by designing hybrid strategies combining ServiceNow ATF with enterprise tools.
- Build and transform high-performing teams of SDETs with structured development programs.
- Establish technical leadership by partnering with STEP org engineers for global scale testing standards.
- Drive quarterly OKRs focused on automation, release velocity, performance, AI adoption, and team development.
Qualifications & Experience
A minimum of 10+ years in software quality engineering and 4+ years leading distributed engineering teams is required. Deep expertise with the ServiceNow Platform®, hands-on experience with AI/ML testing frameworks, and mastery of performance and API testing tools are essential.
