You will lead competitive strategy across App Engine, Integration Hub, Automation Engine, and the rapidly evolving AI Agent portfolio, including AI Agent Studio, AI Agent Orchestrator, and Now Assist. This role requires close collaboration with senior leaders across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Corporate Strategy, and will directly support ServiceNow's largest and most strategically important platform and AI deals.
What You Get To Do In This Role
- Develop and implement competitive GTM programs that position the Now Platform against Microsoft Power Platform, Salesforce Platform (including Agentforce), and enterprise low-code competitors such as Pega, Mendix, and OutSystems.
- Define and execute ServiceNow's competitive strategy for agentic AI, articulating the differentiation of AI Agent Studio, AI Agent Orchestrator, and AI Control Tower against Microsoft Copilot, Salesforce Agentforce, and emerging agentic AI offerings from hyperscalers and point solution vendors.
- Lead competitive intelligence efforts for App Engine and Automation Engine, ensuring clear positioning against enterprise low-code platforms where ServiceNow has been named a Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader for five consecutive years.
- Shape the competitive narrative for Integration Hub and Workflow Data Fabric, positioning ServiceNow's approach to enterprise connectivity against iPaaS vendors (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato) and native platform integration capabilities from Microsoft and Salesforce.
- Track and analyze the technical evolution of competing AI platforms, including LLM partnerships, model governance approaches, and agentic reasoning architectures to inform product strategy and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with senior leadership in Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Corporate Strategy to create integrated product and GTM strategies that leverage ServiceNow's unique combination of workflow automation, unified data model, and built-in AI capabilities.
- Provide direct competitive intelligence support on strategic, high-stakes platform deals, particularly in accounts evaluating consolidated platform strategies versus best-of-breed approaches.
- Produce and deliver high-quality competitive briefs, technical comparisons, and regular updates to executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
